The Pack votes on your commander concept over a 14-day window. Requires 75% approval from active operators.
An existing commander must sponsor your candidacy. They review your concept and vouch for your fit with the Officers Club brand.
Six-week content trial. Publish at minimum two pieces of content per week in your domain. Community and commanders evaluate fit.
Successful candidates are commissioned as Officer Candidates. Full commander status upon completion of their first Pack Mission design.
Deep, demonstrable expertise in your proposed domain. Not general interest — operational knowledge.
A clear content plan for your zone: what you publish, how often, what the Pack gets from following you.
Existing history of Pack activity — missions completed, wingmen built, community posts.

A distinctive callsign, tagline, persona, and zone identity that adds something the current roster doesn't have.
